This Privacy Policy describes how Qurtiotex for Educational Technology ("Qurtiotex", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit qurtiotex.com or subscribe to our educational newsletter from anywhere in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or abroad.

Qurtiotex for Educational Technology is a company incorporated in 2024, registered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with Commercial Registration 1010 887 624 and VAT number 312 884 197 600 003. 2. Information we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your full name and email address. When you browse the site we collect technical information such as your device type, browser, approximate location (city / region) and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use information
We use your information only to (i) deliver the educational newsletter you subscribed to, (ii) keep our website secure and operational, (iii) measure how readers in Saudi Arabia engage with our educational content, and (iv) comply with applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (newsletter subscription and optional cookies) and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with carefully selected processors that help us run the newsletter and the website (for example email delivery and analytics providers), under written agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only for our instructions.

Some of our service providers may be located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When this is the case we ensure that the transfer is carried out in accordance with the PDPL and that an adequate level of protection is in place.

We keep newsletter subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed and for up to 12 months after you unsubscribe, unless a longer period is required by law. Anonymous analytics data is kept for up to 26 months.

Under the PDPL you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls and continuous monitoring, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.
